We train our clients in an understanding, comfortable and fun environment. Every program is tailor made for each individual. With older clients, we understand that our bodies change and health concerns may come in to play. With that in mind, we adapt our training to suit those needs and strive to bring about a healthier you! Conditions such as weight gain/obesity; high blood pressure; low bone mineral density and osteoporosis can all benefit from regular exercise and following a healthy eating plan.
We can come to your home and provide gentle seated and non-seated resistance exercises to help improve muscle tone, stability and decrease the rate of bone regeneration which in turn will decrease the risk of falls with an experienced Seniors Fitness Instructor.
Senior Fitness Class available through the Active and Healthy program starting from the beginning of July 2018.
